Entry requirements

No formal entry requirements, though most students bring management, HR, psychology, or allied health backgrounds. Some RTOs recommend completion of a Certificate IV in Coaching prior to the Diploma.

Experienced managers, HR professionals, and consultants who have been coaching others as part of their role may be eligible for RPL. Evidence typically includes records of coaching engagements, reflective journals, and supervisor attestations.
